Well at least I'm letting my feelings be known!
Truth is that the Internet was acting up, and I didn't realise that my pressing the reply button had actually sent it each time. Fortunately, this isn't the Post Office, so I won't have to repay thousands of pounds, lose my good (ha) standing in the community or going to prison for a few years.
